When the equipment is overhauled and disassembled, although most of the coupling parts can be disassembled smoothly, there will always some phenomenon occurs. For example,some bolts will get stuck, nuts will be difficult to unscrew, bearings will hold the shaft or the bushing will be caught on the shaft, and the gasket will stick to the flange surface.As a result, it is very labor-intensive and time-consuming to repair these parts, and even some parts are damaged and cannot be repaired, and only new parts can be replaced, resulting in a waste of cost.

We know that the load on the threads of fully tightened bolts and nuts is quite large. Although we touch it with our hands and look at it with the naked eye, the surface of the metal part seems to be very smooth, but in fact it always has some tiny dimples and flanges. these rough surfaces come into contact, deform, or even "cold weld" when threaded fasteners are tightened”.In long-term use, due to high temperature, vibration, impact and chemical effects, the thread will also be "bonded".

Anti-seize paste is a high-temperature anti-seize lubricant refined by thickening high-temperature resistant synthetic oil with inorganic thickener, adding ultra-fine metal powder and additives such as anti-rust and anti-corrosion.Apply anti-seize paste on the thread, when the bolt and nut are tightened, a solid lubricating film will be formed between the thread, thereby preventing the direct contact between metal and metal, and preventing thread wear, cold welding, seizing or sintering.Moreover, the bolts coated with this thread anti-adhesive agent can achieve the specified tightening force at a smaller tightening torque than those not coated.This layer of solid film also plays a good sealing role, which can prevent the corrosion of moisture, dust and other media, so it is more convenient, easy and clean to disassemble the thread after long-term use.

High temperature anti-seize paste is used for assembly lubrication of nuts and bolted connections in high temperature, high load and corrosive environments,can withstand heavy pressure and chemical attack, prevent metal contact surfaces from bonding and corrosion caused by high temperature or long-term operation, protect screws for easy assembly or ensure loosening.It can lubricate and prevent sintering at temperatures up to 1100°C, and is used for anti-seizing and corrosion protection of threads, nuts, bolts, screws, sleeves, hinges, flange seals at very high temperatures.such as gas turbine,steam engine and high temperature connecting bolts in power plants...
