● Cleaning the surface: clean the surface of the object to be glued or coated, and remove rust, dust, oil, etc.

● Gluing: cut the tube mouth with a blade, put on the matching tip, and use a glue gun to squeeze the glue liquid onto the cleaned surface to be glued, so that it will automatically level and cover the glued surface. For toothpaste aluminum tube packaging, just open the cap and squeeze the glue by hand. After the operation is completed, if the glue is not used up, it needs to be sealed and stored. When using it again, if there is a little crust on the seal, just remove it, which will not affect normal use. During the storage process of the glue, a small amount of solidification may also occur at the tube mouth. After removing it, it can be used normally without affecting the product performance.

●Curing: Place the bonded and sealed parts in the air for natural curing. The curing process is a process from the surface to the inside. Within 24 hours (temperature 25℃ relative humidity 55%), the glue will cure to a depth of 2 to 4 mm. If the location is deeper, especially in a place that is not easily exposed to air, the curing time will be extended. If the temperature is low, the curing time will also be extended. Before entering the next process, it is recommended that the user wait long enough for the glue to reach the required performance requirements or evaluate whether the next step can be carried out.

● Curing requires humid air, and it may take a long time in places with large bonding areas.

●After the operation is completed, the unused glue should be immediately capped and sealed for storage. When using it again, if there is a little crust on the seal, just remove it, it will not affect normal use.

● Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Please rinse with soapy water immediately after skin contact. If it splashes into the eyes accidentally, please rinse with plenty of clean water immediately. If you still feel uncomfortable, you should go to the hospital for examination.

Measures should also be taken to prevent uncured material from coming into contact with the skin, as some people with skin allergies may be affected. When applying, impermeable rubber or plastic gloves should generally be worn; protective glasses and masks should also be worn. Wash the skin thoroughly with soap and warm water after each work. Avoid using solvents to clean the skin. Wipe the skin with paper towels, not towels. The workplace should be adequately ventilated.
