Bag package
Bag package
The bagging method is designed for handling liquids, pastes, greases and other semi-solid materials. It focuses on smaller packages from 1 gram to 50 grams, and provides a variety of sizes and materials. We conduct extensive compatibility tests and pressure tests on sealed bags of different materials to ensure the compatibility of materials and the sealing of the edge sealing structure. It is the most cost-effective packaging method
Fully automatic bagging machine, completes multiple processes at one time: bag pulling/bag making/filling/coding/counting/metering/sealing/product delivery/fully automatic operation, Mitsubishi PLC touch screen control system, accurate filling, meets 0.5g-50g small metering filling, daily output 10W bags

FAQ
Q1: What packaging and capacity do you offer?
A: We offer six packaging types: bags, tubes, bottles, bellows, other packaging, and sets.
Capacity range: Bags 1–50g; Tubes 3–284g; Bottles 30–500g; Bellows 70–700g.
Q2: What diameters and die shapes are available for tube packaging? Can dates and stamping be hot-stamped?
A: Tube diameters available: Ø13/16/19/22/30/40/50/70/85/100 (custom molds available). Die shapes include flat, long-pointed, short-pointed, and top-capped. Dates and stamping are hot-stamped.
Q3: What is the compatible viscosity/NLGI range? Can high viscosities be produced?
A: The standard process is compatible with NLGI ≤ 3# and viscosities < 10,000 cSt (cts). Higher viscosities or specialized additive systems can be evaluated, and wide-mouth cans are generally recommended.
Q4: Is the material compatible with chemical systems like PFPE? How can contamination be avoided?
A: Common materials like PET/HDPE/PE/aluminum-plastic/aluminum foil composites are highly compatible with systems like PFPE. We manage these products using separate lines based on different base oil chemistries and implement flushing and sample retention with similar media to prevent cross-contamination.
Q5: How is labeling and traceability implemented?
A: We establish a unified BOM in our ERP system, linking it to the raw material batch number, filling date, and operating SOP records to enable full traceability throughout the entire production process.
