    VNOVO® 101 is a medium viscosity, surface insensitive instant adhesive with high toughness and low blushing properties. It has the ability to quickly bond to many substrates, including metals, plastics and rubbers, and is also used to bond acidic or porous materials.

    Typical Curing Characteristics

    Under normal conditions, moisture on the surface of the bonding material will initiate the curing reaction of this product. This product will reach full application strength in a relatively short period of time, but will require a minimum of 24 hours of curing to develop full chemical/solvent resistance.

    Relationship between curing speed and substrate

    The curing speed depends on the substrate being bonded. The following table shows the fixing time for bonding different substrates at 23℃/50% relative humidity. The fixing time is defined as the time when the shear strength of the sample reaches 0.1N/nm.

    Relationship between curing speed and bonding gap
    The curing rate depends on the bonding gap. A small bonding gap will result in a fast curing speed, while a larger bonding gap will reduce the curing speed.
    Relationship between curing speed and accelerator
    When the bonding gap is too large, resulting in slow curing, using an accelerator on the substrate surface can increase the curing speed. However, this treatment will reduce the final strength of the bond. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct a test to determine the actual bonding effect.

    Instructions for use

    1. To achieve the best results, the surface of the material to be bonded should be clean and free of grease;
    2. This product works best for bonding gaps less than 0.06nm;
    3. Excess adhesive can be dissolved and removed using Yuhe glue dissolving agent.

    Safety in Use

    Our products are generally harmless when used under specified safety measures. Uncured materials should not come into contact with food or food utensils. Measures should also be taken to prevent uncured materials from coming into contact with the skin, as some people with skin allergies may be affected. During construction, impermeable rubber or plastic gloves should generally be worn; please also wear protective glasses and masks. After each work, please wash the skin thoroughly with soap and warm water. Avoid using solvents to clean the skin.
    Emergency treatment
    Skin contact: quickly wash the skin attachment area with water and soap, if severe, please seek medical attention immediately;
    Eye contact: immediately rinse with water for more than 15 minutes, and after washing, immediately seek medical treatment;
    Inhalation: If you feel uncomfortable after inhaling steam, immediately move to a place with fresh air;
    Ingestion: Rinse the mouth with warm water. Drink a lot of water to dilute in the stomach and induce vomiting, then immediately go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment.
