Two-component structural adhesive VNOVO 410
VNOVO® 410 is a two-component translucent epoxy resin with fast curing speed, high bonding strength and strong impact resistance.
After curing, it has good acid and alkali resistance, moisture and water resistance, oil and dust resistance, and resistance to humidity, heat and atmospheric aging; it also has electrical and physical properties such as low stress, excellent insulation, compression resistance and high bonding strength.
Application
VNOVO® 410 high-performance epoxy resin has excellent bonding strength for most plastics and metals. It is ideal for general industrial assembly when the product is required to have a longer service life in order to facilitate the adjustment of components.

How to use
In general, the strength and durability of the bond depends on proper pretreatment of the bonding surfaces. The bonding surfaces should at least be cleaned with a degreasing cleaning agent, such as acetone or anhydrous alcohol, to remove all oil, stains and dust. Surface wiping with low concentrations of alcohol, gasoline or paint thinner is not recommended. The strongest and most durable bond can be obtained by mechanically grinding or chemically etching the cleaning surface. A second cleaning treatment should be performed after grinding.

VNOVO® 410 must be fully mixed in the corresponding proportions to achieve the best bonding effect.
This product has a very high reaction temperature after mixing. The amount mixed each time should not be too much, and try to use a wide-mouth container for mixing.
Application of adhesives
The resin and curing agent can be directly applied to the pre-treated dry and clean bonding surface through a mixer. Usually, a layer of adhesive with a thickness of 0.05-0.10mm can completely wet the bonding surface and give the bonding point the maximum lap shear strength. Too thick an adhesive layer and too much adhesive around it will not bring greater bonding strength to the bonding point.
Equipment and Tool Maintenance
All tools should be cleaned with hot water and soap before the adhesive residue cures. Cured residues are difficult and time consuming to remove. If cleaning with solvents such as acetone, proper precautions should be taken when handling. In addition, avoid contact with skin and eyes. Used packaging tubes should not be reused.

Type curing performance
Unless otherwise specified, the following test data are based on the test standard specimen, which is made of 115×20×1.5mm stainless steel strips. The bonding area of each specimen is 5×20mm. These data are measured from typical production batches using standard test methods. They are only technical information and are not specified as product specifications.

Safety in Use
Our products are generally harmless when used under specified safety precautions. Uncured material should not come into contact with food or food utensils. Measures should also be taken to prevent uncured material from coming into contact with the skin, as some people with skin allergies may be affected. When applying, impermeable rubber or plastic gloves should generally be worn; protective glasses and masks should also be worn. Wash skin thoroughly with soap and warm water after each work. Avoid using solvents to clean the skin. Use paper towels to wipe the skin, not towels. Maintain adequate ventilation in the workplace.
