UV Curing Adhesives VNOVO® 332

An adhesive

UV Curing Adhesives VNOVO® 332

    VNOVO® 332 has low shrinkage after curing. The cured product has excellent flexibility and impact resistance, as well as good weather resistance and chemical resistance. The product has excellent bonding effect on most engineering plastics such as PC, PVC, ABS, PMMA, epoxy board, etc. It also has good adhesion to materials such as glass and metal.

    Application

    - Protection of flexible wires;
    - Fixation and reinforcement of connecting wires;
    - Bonding of plastics;
    - Bonding of glass and metal materials.

    *Curing Instructions: Curing speed varies with the intensity of the UV lamp, light distance, light source spectral distribution, exposure time and substrate transmittance.

    Notes

    1. Clean the bonding surface, make it dry and free of grease;
    2. Do not forcefully squeeze or repeatedly rub the substrate to be bonded during operation. Continue to illuminate for 30 to 60 seconds after positioning to achieve higher intensity.
    3. The UV curing rate depends on the intensity of the bulb, the distance between the light source and the adhesive layer, the required curing depth or gap between the adhesive layers, and the light transmittance of the substrate;

    Storage

    8~26℃, store in a sealed, cool, dark and dry place, away from ultraviolet rays or sunlight.

    Safety in Use

    Our products are generally harmless when used under the specified safety measures. Uncured material should not come into contact with food or food utensils. Measures should also be taken to prevent uncured material from coming into contact with the skin, as some people with skin allergies may be affected. When applying, impermeable rubber or plastic gloves should generally be worn; protective glasses and masks should also be worn. Wash the skin thoroughly with soap and warm water after each work. Avoid using solvents to clean the skin. Wipe the skin with paper towels, not towels. The workplace should be adequately ventilated.
