Anti Seize Paste
During equipment maintenance and disassembly, many connecting parts can usually be removed without difficulty. However, some problems still occur after long-term service. For example, bolts may seize, nuts may become difficult to remove, bearings may stick to shafts, bushings may lock onto shafts, and gaskets may adhere to flange surfaces. As a result, maintenance becomes more time-consuming and labor-intensive. In some cases, parts are damaged beyond repair and must be replaced, which increases maintenance cost and material waste.
After bolts and nuts are fully tightened, their threads are subjected to significant load. Although metal surfaces may appear smooth, they actually contain microscopic irregularities and rough edges. When threaded parts are tightened, these rough surfaces come into contact and may deform or even “cold weld.” Moreover, under long-term exposure to high temperature, vibration, impact, and chemical media, threaded connections become even more likely to seize or bond together.

Anti-Seize Paste is a high-temperature anti-seizing lubricant formulated with synthetic base oil, inorganic thickener, ultra-fine metal powder, and additives for rust prevention and corrosion protection. When applied to threads or metal contact surfaces, it forms a stable solid lubricating film. Therefore, it helps reduce direct metal-to-metal contact and prevents thread wear, galling, cold welding, seizure, and sintering. In addition, this protective film also provides a sealing effect against moisture, dust, and other corrosive media. As a result, threaded parts remain easier to loosen, cleaner to remove, and more convenient to service after long-term use.
Plastic assembly
Plastic assembly anti-seize grease is a metal-free lubricating paste used for the assembly and break-in of plastic-to-plastic and plastic-to-metal components, offering excellent compatibility with plastics.

Metal anti-seize compound
Metal anti-seize paste features high temperature resistance, no dropping point, and reduced friction and corrosion. It is suitable for lubrication and protection of parts such as mold ejector pins and brake pad guide pins; it has a wide operating temperature range and can be used for threaded connections, machine bases, spline shafts, and flange sealing threads; it is also suitable for anti-seize protection of fasteners such as screw threads, braking mechanisms, and valve bolts; its exceptionally low friction coefficient and high load-carrying capacity lubricate, break in, and protect metal components; the high-concentration molybdenum disulfide formula results in low carbon residue, heat resistance, high load resistance, and effectively prevents corrosion and oxidation.
