Perfluoropolyether Grease
Perfluoropolyether (PFPE) is a special perfluorinated polymer compound. Its average molecular weight ranges from 500 to 15,000, and its molecules contain only three elements: carbon, fluorine, and oxygen. It possesses characteristics such as heat resistance, oxidation resistance, radiation resistance, corrosion resistance, and non-flammability. Currently, perfluoropolyether is widely used in chemical, electronics, electrical appliances, machinery, nuclear industry, and aerospace fields.
Perfluoropolyether grease is a white grease made from highly chemically stable perfluoropolyether oil (PFPE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It is a synthetic polymer that is liquid at room temperature, with PTFE solid thickener added.

Perfluoropolyether grease is specifically designed for bearings, gears, and components requiring lifetime lubrication in harsh environments such as high temperature, low speed, high load, and chemical corrosion. It can solve a series of lubrication problems such as grease loss, dripping, coking, carbon deposition, and product wear at high temperatures, ensuring the long-term normal operation of lubricated parts at high temperatures.
Due to its excellent thermal stability, chemical inertness, low saturated vapor pressure, good lubricity, and viscosity-temperature characteristics, perfluoropolyether grease is widely used in space mechanical lubrication, especially for components requiring high precision.
FLUORO series perfluoropolyether lubricants
Perfluorinated greases provide excellent lubrication performance in harsh environments, exhibiting low volatility and high load-carrying capacity.
They feature low vapor pressure base oils, resistance to chemicals and solvents, and a wide operating temperature range, making them suitable for vacuum applications and the semiconductor industry.
Perfluoropolyether greases are ideal for long-lasting lubrication and high load-carrying applications. They are used for lubricating metal-to-metal and metal-to-plastic friction pairs operating at low to medium-high speeds and under heavy loads.
