Canning Equipment
For bellows-type packaging and extrusion-type oil containers, the packaging interior often shows noticeable creases. Conventional pneumatic canning methods can lead to air bubbles being trapped inside the bellows, resulting in poor canning quality. Our company has independently developed a centrifugal canning equipment that allows for simultaneous canning and centrifugation. This process effectively adheres the lubricant to the inner wall of the bellows, thus effectively expelling air and reducing problems such as inaccurate oil dispensing and machine alarms caused by air bubbles. This equipment can handle bellows packaging of different specifications and has a daily production capacity of 10,000 units.
