Solutions for High Voltage Switches
As the world’s largest producer of high-voltage switches, China’s users demand an effective service life of over 20 years for high-voltage switches. Lubricating grease has a crucial impact on the safety, reliability, durability, and environmental adaptability of medium and high-voltage switchgear, mainly in the areas of operating mechanism lubrication, electrical contact lubrication, and GIS sealing lubrication.
Since 2016, Weine has collaborated with China XD Group, Pinggao Electric, and others to develop domestically produced alternatives for high-voltage switch lubricating greases. They have successfully developed several lubricating grease products that, through various simulated tests, meet the requirements for long-life lubrication, load resistance, aging resistance, material compatibility, low volatility, and low oil separation for different structures.

High- and Low-Voltage Switching Devices
High- and low-voltage switching devices include operating mechanisms, contacts, springs, and sliding parts. Rainproof Cap Series
In 2019, Vnovo and XD Group jointly developed a series of rainproof caps. Through structural innovation, they perfectly solved a series of problems related to waterproofing, long lifespan, and ease of operation for the connecting screws and nuts of GIS high-voltage switches. They obtained a structural patent (Patent No.: 13287897) and received recognition from end customers. The product has been widely promoted and applied in projects such as the Three Gorges Dam and Gezhouba Dam renovation, Sichuan Xigu, Nanjing Tongjiang Substation, Sichuan Nanlong Substation, Jining Jinxiang 55KV, and Luoyang Dong Substation.
