Bag Package

The sachet packaging method is specifically designed for handling liquids, pastes, greases, and other semi-solid materials, focusing on smaller packages ranging from 1 gram to 50 grams. A variety of sizes and materials are available. We have conducted extensive compatibility and pressure resistance tests on different sealing bags to ensure material compatibility and the integrity of the sealing structure, making it the most cost-effective packaging method.

The fully automatic sachet packaging machine completes multiple processes in one go: bag pulling/bag making/ filling/coding/counting/measuring/sealing/product delivery/fully automatic operation. It features a Mitsubishi PLC touchscreen control system, ensuring precise filling and meeting the requirements for small-volume filling from 0.5 grams to 50 grams, with a daily output of 100,000 sachets.
