Bearing Grease
The selection of rolling bearing lubricants depends on the rolling bearing design, the material of the rolling bearing cage (steel, ceramic, or plastic), and the operating and application conditions, such as operating temperature, speed range, thrust load, and environmental influences (water, dust, or corrosive media). Compared to lubricating oil, grease has lower fluidity, is less prone to leakage, and forms a stronger oil film, which is more conducive to the sealing of rolling bearings. This effectively extends the lubrication maintenance interval, making bearing maintenance simpler.
