As 2025 reaches its final chapter, we took a well-deserved pause to celebrate what we achieved together at VNOVO. Over the past year, our team delivered solutions, pushed through critical projects, and worked side by side to reach new milestones.
To close the year with energy and gratitude—and to start 2026 with renewed momentum—we gathered for our 2026 Annual Gala & Team Retreat, combining team-building challenges, an awards evening, and immersive group experiences.
Itinerary Overview
Day 1 | Team-Building Challenge: Stronger Trust, Better Collaboration
We kicked off the retreat with a series of outdoor team-building activities, including ice-breakers, coordination games, and survival-style collaboration tasks.
These challenges brought out everyone’s strengths—communication, leadership, creativity, and problem-solving—and reinforced what makes our team resilient: mutual trust and coordinated execution.
2026 Annual Review & Awards Night: Recognition, Talent, and Surprises
The evening program was the highlight of our gathering—an important moment to reflect, recognize, and celebrate.

Day 2 | Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom: A Day of Freedom and Fun
Day 2 was all about relaxing and enjoying the moment. From thrilling rides and the Whale Shark Aquarium to parades and a stunning fireworks show, everyone explored the park in their own way.
No schedules—just smiles.
Day 3 | Immersive Theme Experience: Costumes, Clues, and Team Storytelling
On the final day, we dove into a themed interactive activity—costume changes, clue-finding, role-playing, and teamwork challenges.
It was a fun and creative way to end the retreat, helping everyone reset mentally and strengthen team chemistry.
