During equipment maintenance and disassembly, while most connections can be readily disassembled, some bolts will seize, nuts difficult to remove, bearings seized on shafts or sleeves, and gaskets stuck to flange surfaces. Repairing these components is time-consuming and costly, sometimes requiring part replacement.
Completely tightened bolt and nut threads bear very significant loads. Despite appearing smooth to touch and肉眼 observation, metal surfaces actually have microscopic pits and protrusions. When threaded fasteners are tightened, these rough surfaces contact, deform, and may even “cold weld.” During long-term use, high temperature, vibration, impact, and chemical effects can cause thread “adhesion.”
Anti-seize paste is a high-temperature anti-seize lubricant formulated with inorganic thickener, high-temperature synthetic base oil, ultra-fine metal powder, and anti-rust and anti-corrosion additives. Applied to threads, it forms a solid lubricating film between threads during tightening, preventing direct metal-to-metal contact and protecting threads from wear, cold welding, seizure, or scoring. Bolts treated with anti-seize paste can achieve specified clamping force at lower tightening torque. This solid film also provides sealing against moisture, dust, and other corrosive media, making subsequent disassembly easier, lighter, and cleaner.
High-temperature anti-seize paste for threaded, bolted, and coupling connections in high-temperature, heavy-load, and corrosive environments can withstand extreme pressure and chemical attack, preventing seizure and rust on metal contact surfaces from high temperature or prolonged operation. Effective for lubrication and anti-scoring at temperatures up to 1100°C — for threads, nuts, bolts, screws, sleeves, hinges, and flange seals in extreme high-temperature conditions such as gas turbines, steam engines, and power plant high-temperature connecting bolts.
