Dry film oil is a new type of lubricant formulated with ultra-low molecular weight PTFE particles and perfluoropolyether oil (PFPE) uniformly dispersed in fluorine solvents. After the fluorine solvent volatilizes, it forms a uniform translucent lubricating oil film on the workpiece surface — a mixture of PTFE and PFPE with extremely low friction coefficient, dust-repellent properties, and excellent lubrication and cleaning performance.
The film prevents direct contact between friction surfaces, reducing friction. Lubrication performance is 2× or more that of most conventional lubricants, with a very wide working temperature range, high cleanliness, low torque lubrication, noise reduction, anti-static properties, and no oil bleeding.
